Sometimes the ‘stuff of life’ can be overwhelming, and never more so when navigating complex family issues involving property and trust issues, often part of an inheritance. We regularly speak to callers who are involved in such complex matters – concerning legal and emotional guidance dealing with family members.

One recent caller highlighted that issue involving a family trust dispute in which the co-trustee was behaving in an unacceptable manner, acting without consulting others, and displaying intimidating behaviour. Inevitably this was causing stress and pressure to all concerned, impacting the whole family.

In every case, our aim is to help callers make sense of the complex, reduce the stress they are carrying, and plan a constructive way forward.
