Step 1: Thorough Investigation

After an initial consultation with our team, we will begin investigating all aspects of the grievance, gathering statements from witnesses, and maintaining confidentiality at every step. Using secure MS Teams channels, we conduct remote interviews and carefully document all interactions, statements, and findings. Every piece of information, whether from the employee, colleagues, or subject matter experts, is recorded, ensuring a complete and objective view.

We’ll communicate regularly with you, keeping you updated on progress and timelines. This way, you remain informed about the investigation details. Our approach ensures you can focus on running your business, confident in the knowledge your grievance is beining handled independently.

Step 2: Comprehensive Grievance Hearing

We’ll coordinate a private and confidential hearing where the employee can present their case in a secure and independent setting.

During the hearing, the employee will be given the opportunity to explain their complaint, present evidence, and outline their preferred resolution. At the hearing’s conclusion, we’ll carefully summarise the evidence and key points.

Step 3: Detailed Outcome Letter and Report

After the hearing, we provide a formal and comprehensive report that details our findings, decisions, and reasoning behind each outcome leaving you to write the final outcome letter to the employee.  We summarise any necessary follow-up actions, such as adjustments to working conditions or, where appropriate, disciplinary steps.
