Free wills months take place each year in March and October. Free Wills Month allows those over 55 to get a will set up by a solicitor for free. Where one party to a relationship is over 55, the couple can get mirror wills for free.

The service is supported by charities which hope you will leave a gift to them in your will, in return for a will being written. The service is available for those who require a simple will with no complex tax or other planning. It may be possible for the solicitor to do additional work although this will need to be paid at the time.
