These terms and conditions (along with any documents referred to in them) sets out the terms on which you may use our website. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before you begin to use our website. Your use of this Website indicates that you agree to all such terms, conditions and disclaimers.
This website is not associated with and does not form part of any other website of the same or similar name and representations made on any such website are not the responsibility or liability of Law Express Limited.
If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, or if you are under 18 years of age, then you are not authorised to use this Website.
These terms and conditions also govern the use of our one off pay per call option. Use of this service indicates that you accept the terms and conditions on which it is offered and which are set out here. You should make sure you carefully read the relevant terms and conditions before using our services.
Please be advised that you enter this Agreement as it exists at the time of access to our site or purchase of one of our services. We may amend this Agreement at any time by posting amendments on the website. You should therefore check this Agreement on each visit to the site and before purchase of any of our services.
Unless stated otherwise, amendments will be effective at time of posting, but will not affect your rights or obligations in respect of any services you have purchased previously.
Please read the terms of this Agreement carefully:
(A) If you are using our one off pay per call option:
1. Refund Policy
(i) If you have requested a fixed price telephone legal advice call, but we determine, in our sole discretion, that due to the unusual or complex points of law revealed, such a service is not relevant or appropriate, we will advise you accordingly and refund any charges.
(ii) Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel the contract but this must be done PRIOR T0 the provision of Legal Advice.
(iii) Once this Agreement has been concluded, you will have no right to cancel the contract in relation to Fixed Price Services and your payment in respect thereof will therefore be non-refundable in accordance with statutory regulations laid down in Regulation 13 of the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling Regulations) 2000.
Your statutory rights are unaffected by the above.
2. Disclaimers and Limited Warranty for Services
The provision of any services through this website will be subject to the conditions described herein and do not affect your statutory rights.
If you wish to purchase and use a Service on this site, provided you meet the conditions described below, such services will, based upon information you provide, be delivered by advisers with relevant legal experience in the field selected.
If you have requested a fixed price telephone legal advice call, but we determine, in our sole discretion, that due to the unusual or complex points of law revealed, such a service is not relevant or inappropriate, we will advise you accordingly and refund any charges in accordance with Clause 3(iii) below.
(ii) Your information
We accept no responsibility for any information that you provide, including any inaccuracies or any failure by you to provide necessary and relevant information required in connection with your request for a Service and all advice, guidance and information rendered can only be based upon information disclosed by you.

(iv) Exclusion of Liability
Neither we, nor any suppliers or affiliates (if any) will be liable to you in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise for any indirect, consequential, special or incidental damage or loss arising from your use of or inability to use this website (including any of its contents) obtained by you through this website, including (without limitation) loss of business or profits or anticipated savings, loss or corruption of data, loss caused by a virus, loss of or damage to property, claims of third parties, fines or penalties levied by any taxing or other authority or any other loss or damage.
(v) Limited Warranty
Subject to the foregoing, we represent and warrant that we will use reasonable efforts to employ only suitably qualified personnel in the delivery of a Service or to sub-contract a Service (where appropriate) to relevant and qualified Suppliers, but otherwise expressly disclaim responsibility for any advice or service delivered by a Supplier, or for failure by the Supplier to deliver the advice or service and for levels of expertise of the Supplier.
(i) Prices, including all applicable taxes, for all services offered herein are set out at the appropriate pages throughout this website.
(ii) Payment for fixed price telephone legal advice must be made in full by direct contact with LAW Express Limited. Services will not be provided until we have received confirmation of payment of these amounts.
Once payment confirmation is received, we will deliver the service in accordance with the Terms and Conditions contained within this website.
(iii) If we are unable to assist in a particular circumstance as outlined in Clause 1(i) above and payment has been taken, we will refund all monies due and deemed payable by LAW Express Limited.

4. Intellectual Property and Ownership
(i) 'LAW Express' and related words and logos are the Trade Marks of LAW Express Limited. The names of other companies, products or services referred to in this site (if any) may be the trade marks or trade names of their respective owners. Any unauthorised use of any of these trade marks or trade names is prohibited.
(ii) LAW Express Limited is the exclusive owner of this website and all copyright, database rights, patent rights and other intellectual property rights relating to this website and its content, documents, data, design, text, images, graphics, layout, functioning, software (including applets) and source code.
(iii) All rights to this website are reserved.
5. Grant of Licence
(i) You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to search this website and to view, download or print out one copy of any freely available page of this website, provided you do not remove or modify any copyright, notices, trade marks or other proprietary notices.
(ii) You are entitled to use an industry standard internet browser and internet connection only, operate (but not view or copy) the software used in the operation of our website for the purpose of searching this website and viewing the freely available contents of this site.

(ii)Prohibited uses include but are not limited to:

b) any publication, posting, framing, transmission, display, reverse engineering or modification of or creation of derivative works from this site.
7. Exclusion of Liability.
i) This site may include hyperlinks to other websites and are provided for your convenience only (if at all). We do not endorse any linked sites or accept any responsibility for the content of such sites.
Whilst we make reasonable effort to ensure that this website and its server are virus-free, we cannot guarantee that this is the case and it is recommended that you use your own virus-free protection software. We cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage to computer systems as a result of a virus or any other effect upon downloading any information from this website.
You are responsible for the entire cost of any service, repairs or corrections required by you as a result of your use of this site.
Also we cannot guarantee that this site (including its contents) will be compatible with your computer configuration or browser or that your access to this website will be uninterrupted.

8. Data Protection
(ii) By agreeing to this Agreement, you are consenting to the following:
a) We or any parties acting on our behalf, must store, host, transfer and otherwise process your information as described herein and you explicitly consent to us handling your personal information.
b) Personal information that you supply may include sensitive information relating to religious or political beliefs, sexual orientation preferences, union membership or other matters etc and you again explicitly consent to us processing and handling such information accordingly.
c) We may collect statistical data about our website users’ browsing actions and patterns and about their computers, IP addresses, operating systems and browsers. This is statistical data and does not identify any particular individual. We may pass this statistical data on to our affiliates or advertisers.
d) While we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our website and any transmission is at your own risk.
e) We may use information we hold about you to provide you with information, products or services that you request from us or which may interest you, where you have consented to be contacted for such purposes; to carry out our obligations arising from any contracts entered into between you and us; and to notify you about changes to our service.
9. Termination or Suspension
(i) Maintenance or repairs may be carried out to this site from time to time. Access to the site can be terminated upon notice to you by email or by the withdrawal of this website. This Agreement will terminate and services you have already purchased, but have not received at date of termination/suspension, will be provided or, at our option, any monies paid in respect of services refunded (subject to any right of set off).
(ii) If we terminate this Agreement, you will cease all use of this website and its contents, except any rights of purchase you have accrued hereunder, will not be affected.
(iii) Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.
10. Law and Jurisdiction
(i) Your use of this website and its contents will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England in respect of any legal disputes relating to this Agreement.

'YOU' means the legal person entering this Agreement (whether an individual, a company or any other legal entity) and includes anyone reasonably appearing to us to be acting with your authority or permission.
'WE/US' means LAW Express Limited whose address as stated above.
'SERVICES' ,means the provision of telephone legal advice schemes, on a per calls basis or as an employee or member benefit or otherwise; Will drafting services; Counselling services; HR training and employment law seminars; and any other services now or at any time to be included within the LAW Express services range
'SUPPLIER' means the provision of a service by an outside third party appointed by LAW Express to provide such service.
‘AFFILIATES’ means any business or person with whom we do business or are seeking to do business.
